Twitter Blue subscribers can now upload videos up to two hours long, up from the previous 60-minute limit, and with a file size limit of 8GB, up from 2GB  —  Twitter has made changes to its paid plan, allowing subscribers to upload two-hour-long videos — expanding the previous 60-minute limit.
