With Thanksgiving upon us, there’s one question running through most households: how do you keep all the people entertained in your home? Google is making things easier with $0.99 movie rentals.
Google Play will offer all movie rentals for $0.99, meaning you can rent movies for the whole family without spending too much. When you rent a movie on Google Play, you have up to 30 days to start watching it, meaning you can just stockpile rentals to get you through most of the holiday season. Once you do start watching, you have up to 48 hours to finish the film.
You can watch the rental on any device that has the Google Play Movies app, which includes iOS, Android, Android TV, Roku, and Samsung or LG smart TVs. This deal is only good on Thanksgiving, so get all your renting in before passing out from too much turkey.
Other holiday goodies include discounted books, 3 months of Starz for $5 per month, up to 80% off certain games, up to 50% of other apps and movie purchases as low as $5. Those deals have already started, and continue through next week.
Between the rentals and the other cheap purchases, you should have no problem keeping your whole family entertained this holiday season. Hopefully.
